Having never used an interior designer before I did not know what to expect. Laura was amazing! I needed help with a 'mudroom' space in my home and although I had some ideas, Laura pulled the whole area together to create a welcoming, bright and functional entry/mudroom. She thought of all the little details and came up with suggestions which I would never have even thought of. The space has been truly transformed into a room I love! Laura is incredible, so warm, friendly and approachable. She listened to what how I wanted the room to function and to my ideas and then took this a million steps forward. I would highly, highly recommend her and her talents. I will be using York River Interiors again.

Laura was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was able to do the consult over video chat and was able to tell exactly what we needed to stage our home. Once she was finished staging it was so beautiful that I didn't even want to sell our home! Our home sold in just 6 days and I believe that was because of her staging. I will be using her in the future to help decorate our new home.

Laura helped me design a cozy, cohesive basement living room space that allowed me to incorporate my own design ideas and preferences. She was professional and quick to respond and always wanted to make I was satisfied with what she had done. Once the basement design was completed, she went an extra step to even help me pick pillow and blanket design/ choices. She has continued to check in after the project was completed. I am getting ready to hire Laura for project #2.Can’t recommend her enough.

Laura is very Professional and was so nice. From the moment I met her to the day she came with her mom to stage my place I felt so comfortable with her. I honestly thought there wasn’t much needed and I like my own things but Laura blew me away when I saw the finished design. Moving couches to make space and look like a sectional and her decor gave it such a fresh look from added plants, mirrors, throw pillows to bedding. She even added a dining table that I would never have thought would work because of space but it did. I loved it so much I asked to purchase that and some pieces. Fresh eyes on your space truly makes a difference and trusting your designer is key. You will not be disappointed with Laura, careful, kind and attention to detail. I could write a novel on how impressed I am with her. I can’t thank her enough for all her effort in helping stage my home. Whether your selling or not she is definitely worth hiring if you need fresh eyes on your space… designer extraordinaire!
