The emergency process was quick and helpful to determine if an after hours appointment was needed for my dog..... The after care instructions and detailed information on my dogs condition was sent to me immediately by text and allowed me to better grasp what was happening.... Overall great service

Took my dog to see Dr. Cory and she was wonderful. As my rescue dog is from out of country, she was having a bit of GI-track issues. Dr. Cory provided the right medication and advised me for tests that were necessary for the well-being of my dog, without the traditional up-selling" of other bigger city vets. The check-in process was quick and simple and the rest of the office staff was very nice. I was extremely happy with the results and consultations. Thank you Dr. Cory and your team!"

Cold Lake Veterinary Clinic
Started off a great vet but wouldn't help our dog during emergency hours, told us we'd get in the next day asap then called us liers the next day and refused to help my injured dog with an infection. After a heated conversation with my hubby where he had to hang up so he didn't get rude I was then called and yelled at and threatened to be dropped as a client. Since then we went to the animal hospital with much better service

Very professional and friendly. All the ladies took the time answering all of our questions and concerns regarding our new puppy. Even providing us with insurance and training information. They were very knowledgeable and helpful for helping our kids adjust our training for the puppy.

Pretty good experience for a first time... new baby and new to town but everything was handled professionally and accurately. Warm environment and genuinely the workers seem to love there fuzzy companions.. They helped me order some vanilla bean toothpaste all the lil princess dogs love, it came quick and was ready for pick up equally quickly. Will have alot of things happen there in the future so will update.

Dr Watson was the most compassionate doctor I've ever had for my Charlie ♥️my beloved pet and best friend had a beautiful and gentle passing and Iam so grateful for how Dr Watson handled everything! I knew Charlie went peacefully and as hard and painful as it was, I left feeling that Charlie had the best care I good have gotten him and that meant everything to me! Thank you also to the compassionate staff that sent a card along with his ashes and signed by all♥️what a beautiful memory! Thank you with all my heart
