I just wanted to let you know I was very happy with the job your team (Chris and Jessica) did for my move-out cleaning earlier in June.It made getting the house ready to sell a lot easier and less stressful for me! Chris and Jessica were communicative on what could and could not be accomplished in the alloted time and we were able to align on what my priorities were (hello spot cleaning on the walls which I hate!!). My options regarding extending the time and the associated costs were clearly communicated to me. After they finished, you wouldn't have known there had been a couple big black labs and a cat there for almost 10 years!Both my realtor and photographer commented on the great job as well.Sophie, who provided me with information on the phone initially and later helped me book the services was kind, informative and helpful.Would definitely hire Molly Maid again.

Absolutely Awful!! Beware! Do not use this service!! The cleaners tell their boss that they've come to clean but then don't and when you call, they say they don't offer refunds. See photos! These are AFTER they cleaned" the house."

Very overpriced. When we called they said their price was based on an hourly rate. They estimated $414 for 3 hours. The cleaning ladies were here for just a little over 2 hours and they still charged the full 3 hours. Their website also states that they do a deep cleaning" of the kitchen and bathrooms. The drain plugs from the kitchen sink were very obviously not removed to clean the entire sink and the back of all faucets were still dirty. The floors even still had some dirty spots avec they were washed.They did a good job cleaning the shower."

I cannot thank Lauren and her team enough. We had a young family move out of a duplex and needed a deep clean. Everything was filthy from the doors and windows to floors and appliances. They came to the rescue and in a timely fashion too!They were the only company that could squeeze me in and I won't forget it.The service was top notch, the cleaning was superb and I express my appreciationThank you, Thank you, thank you.

2 Molly Maid Employees showed up on time and we’re friendly and professional. They cleaned our sold house perfectly and the new home buyers were very impressed. Will definitely recommend!

We used Molly Maids to do our move-out clean a few weeks ago after we sold our house. I had used another company when I sold my last house (different city) and they were late and not at all efficient. I had to clean most myself even after paying. What a different experience this time!! I arrived to check on the house after work and it was spotless! (And I’m very picky!) I was charged for a reasonable amount of hours given the size of the house and didn’t have to go behind them to clean a single thing. I was so impressed that I called to let them know that the staff deserved huge kudos. What a relief in the middle of the moving process when you don’t need to worry about cleaning. Thanks again from a very satisfied customer.

Not even a little bit impressed!!! I was quoted 280$ for 2 cleaners for 2 hours…they were here for an hour and 15mins and charged me 278$…and how do you clean a bathroom in 10mins and use no water?? I had to scrub my tub and clean under vanities and dust shelves after they left! This was a huge waste of money and grossly over-priced! They pay their cleaners 20$ an hour and charge me 140$…waiting on an adjustment and if not received this won’t be the last you hear from me!

The 2 ladies that came to my home this morning we’re right on time ! They brought their own supplies and got to work right away! They dusted everything in sight, including my doors, baseboards in view sight, picture frames and even place them straight if crooked.Cleaned my 3 bedrooms, my 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen (even did my dishes), vacuumed all over and mopped all over. It smelled so fresh and clean when they were finished. What a weight off of my shoulders it brought me. The ladies most certainly went above and beyond in the 1 hour of service. It’s the best $138 taxes included I’ve spent on a long time!

Terrible. The girls DID work hard for three hours and were very nice, but I have been in the apartment for 4 hours cleaning and it is no good. Paid for three hours, and I wouldn't know it really. Said they'd come back and re-do, but WHY re-do what they should already have done? I would like $$ back, but no offer.
