I had a quote done for a relatively simple repair and found the quote to be so high that I declined to have the repair done by this company. I was a carpenter and have experience in Construction and repairs and I'm familiar with what the ballpark price range should be and still earn the contractor a good rate of return. Two other quotes were ...... lower...is the term that I will use. This company's quote was almost double the actual ballpark that it should cost. If there was hidden damage that would obviously change the final repair cost but....

Siding install

They showed up to do an assessment when they said they were going to. Gave me a price. Came back when they said they were going to be there and completed the work for the price they quoted. Can't beat that.

I spoke with Roman this morning regarding my loose vinyl siding panel. He was quick to respond and since he was in the area he swung by. Roman repaired on the spot! Very, very happy with Roman’s quick response and professionalism.Thanks Roman!
