My first experience with AF and have not been disappointed! I train here about 4-5 times a week and find the staff awesome. I most definitely recommend anyone wanting to try to give it a go… your first 7 days are FREE

This is a fantastic gym!! All the staff are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I really like how they greet me making each visit feels like my first. I recommend this gym not anyone living in or around the area.

Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at AF Boucherville. VERY friendly team who make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.On the plus side it’s the cleanest gym I’ve even been in.
