Worst tim Hortons.I go there everyday cause its the closest to my house , the drive thru is the worst ive seen always packed with people. I ask for a coffee a 1 our of 10 times its actually good and taste what i want it to taste like . Always young students who work there that dont care about that they serve you !!! If you have to go there id chose another place if i can rate 1 half star i would

Morning drive thru service is quick and efficient. Weekend service not so much. They often get the order wrong and forget to stir your coffee. Blond lady in the evening is not very friendly and borderline rude.

For some reason, no matter the time, they always seem to not have what you want in stock. Be prepared to order something else from what you originally intended if you are getting anything else other than coffee.

This rating is based on my experience with this branch's drive through speed of service. After 35 minutes I'm still in line waiting for a coffee and there's no way out of this line!!Changing my review from 1 star to 2 because of how courteous the person at window was. But still the slowest drive through that I've been at.

Food is good, just a Tim Horton.Service is very slow , usual waiting time in morning is 10 to 15 min in a small drive through for a single coffee.

Our three chicken sandwiches had mistakenly bacon in them!! We noticed after taking bites. I drove 10 minutes back to see why on earth there is bacon and get them exchanged. They admitted the mistake but Kim the supervisor was very rude and shouting, does not speak English at all, and did not accept to exchange them as they were eaten from!!! As muslims they made us eat bacon for the first time in our life without an apology and made me pay to get a good sandwich. Kim, the supervisor is unfit for the position in my opinion and if Tim Horton mangement truly care about they customers they must look closely into this matter.

Sometimes you have to warn them at the front counter that you ordered mobile and the just start to prepare your order then. They don't look often or get warned about mobile orders, unlike MD.
