Rude and unhelpful employees, they seem annoyed at people asking questions and act as if they’re doing you a favour instead of providing a service. Choose any other store or service if possible.

Rude employees. I walked inside, no greeting, I had to say hi for them to even notice me. I was there to drop off a package and the man did the transaction quick didn't talk and no have a good day after the transaction was completed. To make matters worse he through the tossed the receipt at me and walked away without a work. Horrible customer service.

Update: The owner replied previously using our name when we shared our disappointing experience. Such information is supposed to be confidential and binding by law, UPS standards and basic work ethics.If your reply would expose customer’s personal information that you gathered during using your service one more time, as a way retaliated customer sharing truthful experience, we would like to report you to UPS HQ and send you “cease and desist “. Such incompetence and despicable behavior is not allowed.—————————————Original comment:We wish we could check the reviews before stepping our foot here. We came here for an international shopping package and it took us 1 hr to finish the process, and this 1 hr there was almost no other customer in the store. People working here doesn’t seem to be familiar with the service they are offering, and doesn’t seem like to be in a relatively good mood either. Wouldn’t recommend.

Used to be great but service has taken a massive downturn in the last few months. There was an amazing employee called Tino there who gave 5 star levels of service, a pleasure to deal with as he was pleasant, efficient, and helpful.I haven't seen him here the last few times i've gone in. Service has been painfully slow lately and the place is a mess, with sheets of paper and packages scattered all over the place.Victor who could learn a thing or two about customer service from Tino. Victor is one of the owners yet has a terrible attitude towards customers - sloth like levels of slowness, dismissive, and seems borderline resentful at being there.Disappointed to see how things have gone downhill here - it used to be my go to UPS store. Don't go here if you're expecting friendly, or timely, service.

DO NOT GO TO THIS UPS STORE. Had 4 international packages delivered there. 3 were completely destroyed upon arrival, not the fault of the store. But one package had proof of arrival yet the store manager lost it. It is a complete mess in there no wonder a package would disappear. We even called to check on it, he said it was there. We called one more time to be 100% sure but when we went to the store it was nowhere to be found. The store manager is incompetent and disorganized it is truly a wonder the store is still open.

I used to receive excellent service at this location back when Tino worked there. (Perhaps he still does and just hasnt been working the days that Ive gone in). I sent and received packages without any problems and honestly would rate my experiences as 5-star.However, the staff that currently work there are lazy, rude, unprofessional and will tell you that your package hasnt been received just so they don't have to go looking through the disarray of stuff scattered everywhere. I went in to collect a package yesterday only for the guy behind the counter to stare blankly at my ID before telling me that they didnt have it (he didnt even bother looking for it). Last night I called to confirm if they had received it yet - to which I was told that they had. When I went in today to collect the package, the guy tried to tell me (again) that it wasnt there. I had to tell him to actively look for it because he wouldn't have otherwise.

Wouldn't accept scan of my ID on the phone as proof of address/name for pick up - which I used with other couriers before, and other UPS locations - and I had the package notice on hand too. Waste of time.

I often redirect my packages here as it’s a secure and easy option to retrieve my online orders. They’re always friendly and helpful. A locally owned family run business. They clearly work hard and should be appreciated for what can seem like a thankless job.

Don’t waste your time and money!I went to this store to ship gifts to my family in Germany. The first time they messed up the address and didn’t let me check. I had to contact customer service because the tracking said it still had not been delivered. Then I had to pay an extra fee, correct the address and the package was delivered three weeks after the guaranteed delivery date.The second time they messed up the commercial invoice. Called me three times in a day and then still did it wrong. My dad had to call german customer service to declare that it is a gift because the employee at the ups store apparently declared it as luggage! Another $80 fee because of that. And I already paid $180 for shipping in both cases! This second package will also be delayed for another week. Thanks for nothing. Will never go there again. Incompetent, rude employee who doesn’t know anything about shipping internationally!

Amazon sent me a UPS return; so I went to the closest location (around five blocks) with a closed box.Upon arrival, the younger man behind the desk said that I needed to print the UPS tracking code to stick on the box, but no worry, he could print it out for me -- just email it to the store address.I looked around and found a piece of paper with the email on it, and forwarded the email.Upon printing, the cashier guy then charged me 2.45 for the printing . . .of two pieces of paper . . without warning me of the charge.I didn't have the wallet on me at the time, as Amazon said the process would be free. The young man just stared at me blankly, so I said I guess I could go back home
