Terrible service. The coffee tasted like “burnt” water with absolutely no coffee taste and the bagel was a soggy mess from so much melted butter. Both items were thrown out. If I had realized the poor quality prior to continuing on my drive and being strapped for time I would have returned for a replacement order. So disappointing.

The staff is great and i love how well they know there regulars when we come in if it's not to busy they have your coffee or cold drink already waiting for you before you even get to the counter keep up the great work guy's!

Coffee was served fast. The bagel was made fast, but it sat there in the prep area for three minutes as no one paid attention to it being there.

There is a nasty drive thru lady (40) that works during the week (morning) have got her several times and very rude, gives dirty looks, ahd u call her out on it, she got worse, so Will be going to the other Tim's from now on.She don't like her job then she should be replacedI now go to the othe Tim's as long as you have someone so unprofessional at the drive thru.

Employee puts up closed for cleaning sign across both washrooms not allowing paid customers (2 waiting) access to either. Employee came out of washroom 10 mins later with no cleaning supplies and rooms were not cleaned.

My server was to busy chatting with and shaking girls hands to offer a tray then when I took my drinks out he sat our food on the counter and when I came bake he said it wasn't ready because he was to busy talking to his friends. Then our coffee weren't even stirred...

Worst bagel I’ve ever had. It was squished, dry, had very little butter on one side, one tiny tomato and 3 quarters of a piece of cheese. it was horrible. i bought 3 for my and dumped them all in the garbage. So disappointed. Zero quality control and stale
