Terrible customer service. Brought in a defective pair of shoes I had bought one week before . I was only asking for an exchange not a refund.They told me to come back another day when the manager would be there.People have nothing else to do then spend time running back to a store because they don't have a clear exchange policy.I insisted politely that they call the manager.The manager had a simple response Too bad so sad" it's not our problem.I've been a customer for many years but no more.I contacted the manufacturer Rockport and couldn't believe the contrast.They sent me a new pair within 10 days.This is an amazing company who understands the value of a satisfied customer who will be loyal to their brand and tell other people."

They do have a goid selection of shoes, but the service is so-so. The employees are shy and one of them even forgot to put my boots aside until the end of the day, so when I came back, they weren't reserved. I'm lucky I'm a size 11!

This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Do not go to this store if you do not know what you want in advance. The sales women will snark comments at you when you ask for a shoe size and will proceed to scream when you try ta take a box by yourself. Upon trying the shoes they will surround you and stare at you whilst you try them and proceed to give your their opinion on the shoe and WILL juge your opinion too. This is embarrassing and i am surprised they even keep people who work like this. So keep in mind if you spot a short red haired woman working over there do please expect harassment from her part. Unbelievable. This is sad for a good shoe store to have it destroyed by such disappointing service.

Very professional & helpful staff! The manager, I believe her name was Caroline, helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Definitely worth to check out & they have a great Michael Kors selection!
