Grammenos Windows & Doors

We had a crack in one of our bedroom windows and after trying to change out the window ourselves and having difficulty getting the glass out we reached out to Grammenos Windows & Doors.Nina was very responsive and very friendly and informative. We had a reply back shortly after sending a message on Kijiji.When Christos came out, he was prompt, very friendly, and took the time to explain what was happening that the window was so difficult to take out.My wife and I were so pleased with the service and amazed by such quality work!We would highly recommend this amazing company to anyone needing help with their windows and doors!We will be telling everyone we know how awesome this company is!Thank you for the work you did for us Nina and Christos!!

Christos was very prompt, courteous, knowlegable and friendly. He (and his helper) did a fabulous job replacing my old sunroom glass window that had cracked. He taped it up to ensure our safety till he came back to do the work. Nina in the office was also fabulous to deal with, always returned my calls/emails promptly and was a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend this company and will definately use them again when needed.

Christos and his wife were extremely excellent to work with. I had contacted them with a unique request, and instead of shying away from it. They were more than happy to help us with our custom doggie door. Not just a dog door, this is a custom made, fully insulated dog size door with pvc frame and pvc molding along with weather stripping. Basically just like a real exterior door to withstand the elements, only small.There was a shipping delay with material, but with the constant updates and communication from them, there was no worries, as we were treated great and kept up to date with the installation date.Once the install day arrived, the job was done with incredible care, time was taken and Christos wasn't concerned with simply getting the job done, instead he focused on doing everything exactly as we wanted. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work with special attention to details.
