Attempted to buy shoes today. After waiting 30 minutes for some one to assist me in a minute I left. I might have been understanding of this level of customer service on the weekend if it was busy. But this was on a Thursdays with only 2 other customers in the store. I counted no less than 5 other employees actively trying to ignore me.

Terrible customer service. It says right on their website that they will price match any competitor’s in store price. Went in there with the flyer and they absolutely would not do it, I even showed them their own policy straight from their website. I would have preferred to buy this item in Duncan, locally, but will be going elsewhere. Will not be shopping here again.

Went in today looking for soccer cleats. They had 2 to choose with only 1 size in each. Was told it's out of season but this is the time of year we play soccer. Looked around and realized this is a clothing and shoe store not a real sport store... Maybe change you name!

I went there the other night about an hour before closing. I came with my precocious preschooler and my teen. I was looking for child soccer cleats. I wanted to write a glowing review for a worker named Gavin. He was so incredibly helpful and sweet despite my rambunctious kids. Also when I noticed how online had sales prices he took the initiative to check with manager I would get the sale price. He was excellent in multi tasking between me and other customers not been frazzled at all out shorting anyone out of quality service. For a younger guy I was so impressed of his work ethic and professionalism I had to take the time to write a review in hopes his employer would get a first hand account from a customer who saw his value.

I just visited at the store, everything looks good and staffs on the floor were helpful however at the cashier they were not professional and friendly, i was buying wrist band and asking some questions about its quality but they were laughing looking at me. That was very very unfortunate, companies like sport check has such a unprofessional and racist nature staffs.

Today, I asked a cashier to unlock a door to a fitting room. He told me, he couldn't leave while people are in the line up. I waited for 6 customers to go thru, then I asked if he could call someone to open the door for me.He went on repeat what he'd said before. I asked if he had a phone? He said I can't take you in there while people are in the line. Wow, what has happened to even 'good customer service'? This terrified young man couldn't make any decision outside of his strict cashier training. Which didn't include any 'customer service' training at all. I am surprised that Chek Sport owners are so not trying. I left at least of 400 worth of merchandise on the box by the door. :(
