Absolutely stellar service. The staff is warm, friendly, polite, inclusive, knowledgeable, informative, and professional, but without being all bureaucratic, distant, and mechanical about it as is so common in this city. Down-to-earth and easy-going. And they do a great job to boot! I have seen fantastic results very rapidly. Even after just my very first session. Not only that, but you won't find better prices anywhere else in town. The place is also clean and comfortable. Kayla is an absolute sweetheart. Oh! And complimentary chocolate at the front counter! How awesome is that, right?!

This clinic is the best I have been to! very clean and professional, the staff are super friendly and respectful. I had my first Brazilian laser hair removal with Kayla, she is a sweetheart. Wasn’t shy at all, she made me feel very comfortable. I saw results after one session!! I will recommend this clinic to everyone I know.

I bought a great Groupon deal and had the IPL (photo facial) treatment done here for Rosacea and age spots. I could definitely see a difference on my rosacea cheeks after just one treatment and my spots are a bit lighter. The texture seems to have improved a bit as well. The staff are really nice. The owner took the time to explain everything, and also some products that would help my eyelids tighten up a bit. She is very professional and kind and caring. I would really recommend this place to anyone seeking medi spa treatments. Their prices are fair.All free parking as well. I plan to go again.

Westend Laser is my favourite medical spa in town! They offer a variety of services at prices that can't be beat. Margaret (owner) will assess your skin and recommend the treatment best for you and my skin can't thank her enough. I have also started using the Vivier skincare line available exclusively at Westend Laser and my skin has improved SO much. Finally, the staff are extremely professional and friendly making each experience enjoyable from start to finish! If you're looking for a medical spa in Ottawa, this one is the BEST!

I agree with all the other positive reviews here! Kayla is very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me a lot of great advice and even addressed other skin concerns of mine during the IPL treatment I came in for. The clinic is incredibly clean, inviting and easy to find. I recommend choosing Westend Laser Clinic over many others I've been to in the city.
