Went for some boots and face mask ..got that !.Then scored on a 10' C charger cord and a 10000 mAh power bank , air buds headphones ,headlamp , and insoles for my new boots all 75% off..literally spent as much as I thought my boots were gonna cost... awesome timing needed all that stuff..much appreciated ,

The staff were very friendly in the bicycle department of the store. I needed a new bike seat, the young man helping me was very kind and helpful. He showed me exactly what I was looking for. The new seat was quite expensive honestly but it is definitely worth it considering the size and comfort of the seat. It would have been nice to be able to pay for the seat in that department. Unfortunately I had to go to the checkouts at the front of the store to pay, before he would install my new seat.It would definitely be more convenient for staff and customers if they got a cash register at the counter in the department. Mostly for situations like mine where they installed my new bike seat. At the end of the day my visit was pleasent and I've been cruising ever since.

I always buy cookware from this place and look for sale price. There is always something on sale. Lacoste is a good quality frying pan. But T-Fal is not good for me. Variety of cookware is available always. Their garden section is very good and big too. Sports items are also available and have a good selection. Automobile section is only open for limited time. Need to schedule a head of time. We always buy auto cleaning accessories from here. Hardware accessories collection is good too. Good customer service. Store is always very neat and clean. Lots of parking lots including para parking. There are few automatic checkout which I don’t like. Recommend others to try this store

First time ordering tires and checked website and saw the tires were in stock. Called in to long waiting times and was given a well priced quote from someone very rude and annoyed. Order was confirmed and appointment for installation was made.Called back a week later for an update. Hour long waiting waiting time and was put on hold until call was answered and said there was no order for it. They checked another system and said the employee who accepted the order was fired. Accepted a call back once the order was checked.Had to call back myself to another representative hours later and they said they would check. They said they did not have the tires. (Michelin Cross Climate 2) Didn't offer anything else.Canadian Tire. Not very Canadian and no tires. Maybe just a coincidence, bad timing or location but man... I'm just trying to get some tires for the season change not waste hours/weeks of my time waiting and going through 5 different employees to get a simple no.I not going to call back or drive half an hour to there to cancel my appointment. Apologies to whoever I'm scheduled with on May 5th @ 2pm for a tire installation.

Went there today. Ask an associate which isle the fans were in. Said she didn’t know. Told me to go get somebody else. Lol… great customer service. Went Walmart instead.

Avoid this place like the plauge, the manager Joanna is not even remotely qualified to do her job. and the front of store staff are incredibly incompetent as well. If Joanna got the boot this store might be more desirable

Most horrible experience i have had as a consumer.I booked an appointment to replace rear tires on my car for 4 pm. I was told it would take an hour to complete the installation than they will give me a call for pickup.I walk around nearby stores, hoping they will call me back for three hours because i don't have another vehicle. I am calling them for an hour no one picks up my phone. At 7 pm i go to the service desk and pay for the tires and installation service and go see my car.As i slide the key in the ignition i find the power does not come in, the car ignition does not work. So then i go back to service desk to report what has happened and he is selling me vehicle diagnosis. I explain him the car was fine before i left it with them and he says manager is not in store i have to come back tomorrow i am loosing my mind. I will see what the manager has to say about this.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, organized store. Good prices. Online pickup service staff exceptional.
