I drink Starbucks almost every weekend. I love very much the cookies Frappuccino with cream and I cannot wait to have again the pumpkin muffin there !

Only used the drive through but it could not have gone any better. They didn't mess up the order even though it didn't sound like English was their first language. No dark roast decaf option, but the level of customer service more than made up for that.

normally very good service but severely understaffed at times on weekends with ridiculous line ups and staff that are too busy to acknowledge you waiting at the counter for extended periods of time because they tendingto drive through orders. advise going to a different location on weekends midday.

The customer service is amazing! Francis was wonderful! He took the time to make my family feel welcome and went out of his way to tell us fun facts about this area.

Everything was going fine until I got to the window I gave the girl 20 dollar on a 14 dollar order she rudely ask me if I wanted my change back so I said “yes” I always tip but I don’t like getting hustle into it. Then she was just beyond rude. They filled both of my drinks with nothing but ice and it was dead at the time I was the only customers there. That was extremely free, to be rude like that to me for no reason

When we visited the staff were not too friendly. Either way, it’s a pretty clean location so can’t complain. The taste is just like the next Starbucks, so no surprises there.

Very well trained, professional and respectful staff. They make the experience fun and even playful at times. Definitely one of the better places to visit in Sherbrooke for your daily caffeine intake.
