I wouldn't use this firm again. I did not feel they advocated on my behalf at all, their error delayed getting our keys to our new home, and they were unable to help us through a problem at the Land Titles office that was not our fault. Throughout dealing with them, I felt like my questions were an inconvenience. I'm sure their corporate clients like them just fine, but small ticket items like real estate are very obviously not their priority.

Was rushed during document review for my property, was not allowed to read before signing anything. Also, my bank was slow in sending certified cheque, this firm tried to charge me an extra fee for my bank being slow lol.

Just had a meeting with Lou this morning. His expertise was solid. Shared his legal advice and insights as to what I should look for and what to expect. Absolutely fantastic, I could not ask for more.

Hired them a few years ago to set up our corporation and draft legal agreements for a new business, but they did an absolutely flimsy job!In 30 years of practicing corporate law, our new lawyer says he hasn't seen anyone cut corners like this before! And we do NOT have a complicated corporate structure, by any means.We've survived this far, but things are falling apart now that we're growing. It's costing us all kinds of money to reorganize our corporation properly, all because of the terrible foundation they set up in the first place. What a mess!I certainly do NOT recommend this firm for anyone needing corporate law work, and I'd definitely question their abilities within other disciplines of law.

Simply do not deal with them. Terrible experience that I could have experienced for a very simple Reporting Package and Title job that is supposed to be a routine job. After sending multiple reminder emails, haven't received my documents after 9 months yet!!! due to a ridiculous reason of extremely busy spring and summer.

They did an excellent job for me and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you for helping and making things smooth and easy.

Unfortunately, I had to have this company handle the legal documents of my condo THREE times because developer asked for and it is free.The experience was awful. What they wanted me to do is just sign the paper WITHOUT reading or asking questions.Remember, I DO have the right to read the doc and ask questions before I sign these legal paper. I am lucky I did.The lady who handled my case twice is arrogant. She just does not pay attention to the details and even cannot get the closing amount right. When I questioned the numbers, she very unreluctantly fixed the error and told me I was Rude". I end up had to pay higher deposit.The view of the office is beautiful

They provided services for the condo company we purchased from. They were professional and easy to contact and schedule with. Everything was well prepared and easy to go through. Parking was easy in the core shopping underground parkade. Very easy to find once you take the right elevator; half the elevators don't go past the 30th floor.

What could I say about Shannon Kelley and Nicole Cooper that I couldn’t say about mother Teresa. These ladies are saints, they learned our specific case and history inside and out. It honestly felt like we were their only case (I know that’s not reasonably possible).Our case went back over twenty years and before our hearing I firmly believe they knew my past better than I did. This immaculate recollection was the impetus for them to have the case against dismissed in its infancy with a discontinuance on future litigation. This was no small feat, as they were against Dentons (fifth biggest law firm on the planet) and a client with deep pockets.All and all it was initially stressful but after a couple of meetings with the Parlee McLaw team I was comfortable in our position. Can’t say enough good things about them, they garnered a client for life.
