I was impressed with Amir’s work ethic from day 1. Amir easily got me several “over asking” offers in a very short period of time, and sold my place for well over asking. He has an innate ability as an effective communicator. I was always kept apprised of what was going on with our sale, and any suggestions he had turned out to be bang on. Tons of confidence in him - Amir is the easiest recommend I’ve ever had.

Amir has gone above and beyond to give his personal and professional expertise. He got us a house in Vancouver for under asking price. Fantastic negotiator, excellent communicator, really knowledgeable. When we weren't certain what the mortgage terms were, he helped explain them. When we had doubts, he gave his personal opinion. Cannot say enough good things about Amir. If we ever buy another place again - it'll be with him.
