Lovely grocery store. Nice atmosphere. All staff are very kind, and helpful. Kept clean and neat. Overly enjoyed our shopping experience here. We will return as future repeating patrons when we travel through town or stay visiting family and friends. Kudos Chris and Team!

The staff is so uninterested , very hard to find help and ALL independent grocers need to start giving decent points. I can spend $75 at shoppers and get 40 000 points ( 40 dollars ) I can spend $400 at the IG and get zero points. There should be a spend this much to get automatic points. Not only are the grocery prices completely out of control. Not only has IG had record profits they are charging 20-30% more on items which I think is unfair. If they cared about their community they would give points for each trip. I load my points and buy the same things all the time , when I spend 400$ and get 400 points (40 cents ) I am really discouraged with this business and I know a lot of people who have switched to Food Basics because of this.

Great store, great selection. The prepared foods and bakery items are lovely and nicely displayed. Love the cleanliness of the store.

Helpful staff and great selection. I wish the entrance was more pedestrian friendly... it's a double slip lane - this means drivers aren't looking for pedestrians because of how geometry works.

6:15pm grocery rush and only 3 cashes open with people waiting in line halfway to the freezer section. Lady in front of me even called to ask if they could add cashiers. If you're going to triple your prices at least hire staff to work the cash.

Awful, waaaaaay overpriced to the point of being criminal, literally unashamed to keep increasing the prices and reducing the volume to save moneyOn top of that, understaffed to the point of having 4 cashiers for almost 50 peopleShitshow, shop at Walmart or any other store that doesn't purposely gouge your wallet
