Take 5 Oil Change

I visited Take 5 today for an oil change, and it was a great experience! Nick helped me by explaining everything in full detail, so I could make the best decisions for my car. He even went above and beyond by showing me how the trip meter works, since I tried everything and couldn't figure it out myself lol! I also received a VIP tag for lower pricing in the future, which was really nice. I will definitely be using Take 5 again, the service was fantastic, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I was in and out of the shop within about 15 minutes! Thank you Nick, you're the best!!!

These guys are GREAT. I stopped in there bc my wipers were banging into each other and hoped they could help. They fixed my issue in a minute and were extremely friendly. You don't find that much any more. I will definitely be back any time my car needs servicing. AWESOME job guys!!! MIKE DESERVES A RAISE!

They certainly have my business from here on. I was greeted with a ver polite man. Didn’t try to sell me what I didn’t need. The two young men who serviced my car were quick and polite and went above and beyond the service I required. Very happy with their service. I’ve already told my daughters to go there. Exceptional.

I am consistently happy with my service here. It's quick, so I can get my oil changed on time. The staff are professional, and their communication is friendly and straightforward. They top off my tires/fluids free of charge whenever I need them, and I like that when I pull up, they have my file open and know exactly what service I prefer (but also confirm the service with me). I am also comfortable and never pressured to purchase anything more than I need.

These guys were great! I came in a half hour before closing as I was in the area and they didn't hesitate at all. Took me right in and did a great thorough job. Explained what they found and didn't try to upsell me anything. They were even super with the dog I had in the back seat. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

I will not take my car anywhere else, as this location offers great service. They are friendly, and the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend Take 5 for fast, courteous service. The staff take the time to explain the service to you as well. I will be back.

Nicholas and his team did such an amazing and thorough job with my oil change! They not only took care of my car but ensured I understood every part of the process! It is clear that they are passionate and love what they do! Would high recommend South London’s Take 5 Oil Change!

We called ahead and made sure we were going to be paying the lowest price possible for a full synthetic oil change and were quoted approximately $99. But then we saw the $10 off coupon and downloaded that. We arrived at the location and it was freezing cold out but Alex still came outside to make sure everything was ok with us. He drove our car into the bay for us while we went to sit in the waiting area. He made sure we were informed of every procedure and cost and let us know at every moment what was being done. He made sure we knew what needed to be done in the future regarding our vehicle and was very kind and polite. The oil change was done so quickly and we loved the price. They went above and beyond what we’ve ever seen any oil place do. We had just gotten a newer vehicle and he made sure he went over everything with us and even pointed out things that weren’t right with the vehicle so we were in the know about our newer car. My first time here. Still trying to figure out how they offer such great service at 20 dollars less than most places. There was zero upsell, they explained everything. They all seemed happy at their job, which is always a good thing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
