Had a delay with my taxes but received a call from David the owner, and was given an apology as they were really busy which was greatly appreciate, and he is making sure that my taxes are being processed and getting done. OMG If we'd known Envolta Accounting & Bookkeeping Services existed, we would have handed over our personal and business accounting a long time ago!! David and Laura are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Abdul worked with me to sort out all my personal tax questions & concerns. He spent time on my specific situation and never rushed our sessions. Coming from a country where we don't pay taxes explicitly, I was intimidated by Canadian tax code and online research didn't help. I highly recommend Envolta (Abdul specifically) if you are a new immigrant or student!

Our firm has been using Envolta for just over 1 year now. I can honestly say that I truly look forward to days when Laura from Envolta is in the office with us. Not only has she taught me how to manage my accounts and book keeping in order to help her be more efficient for us, she's also gone out of her way provide advice when it was needed on numerous occasions. Laura has never, not been available when I needed her - even for a quick question.

This was our first experience with Envolta...it will NOT be our last! Abdul was wonderful....quick, complete, friendly and able to explain as he went along.... We will definitely be returning to the Richmond Road office every year from now on!
