Okay, but I wouldn't suggest bringing anything expensive/luxury. I brought multiple items here, and none of them left looking better. One item left looking worse.

Had 3 pairs of shoes messed up pretty badly here. They are very dye happy and will coat anything you give them with their cheap paint-like dye. Even if you just want a clean and polish.

This cobbler does shoe repair like they used to; he always does a great job with worn heels and leather. Once, I brought in a pair of distressed leather" boots for new heels; he thought the leather was worn out and offered to fix them up. I'm glad he asked before doing anything to the leather."

They gave me a receipt when to comeback and get myback pack, Dissapointed when my backpack is not ready , also the guy alex told me its only $20 to fix the zipper but they charged me $25. Do not come to this place!!!

at first sight they look professional and give a receipt with the date when shoes are ready. but then i spent time to come and pick them up but they said my shoes are not ready and come next day. that is disappointing.

I have to say that this is the second time using this place and they go above and beyond!! The first time I used Joseph's they dyed my leather boots exactly the color I wanted. Not only was it done in a timely fashion the color has lasted several years later. No cracking or fading!!Today I need heels replaced and they did it. The prices are reasonable and customer service is beyond 5 star!
