I cannot say enough positive things about this company. From communication to finished product they exceeded expectations. When I discovered the bike frame I had bought was cracked (turns out in 2 places) these guys took it in their stride.They accommodated my needs (being from Victoria I had some hurdles), they called me immediately while discovering the second crack in my frame and had me on the phone while they uncovered it, they cut me a break on the second repair, when it was decided that it wasn’t cost effective to match the paint (as it was moved the logo) they used their expert eye and painted the whole down tube so it looked like it had always been that way.There is literally zero evidence that there ever was damage to my frame. I’m almost considering the possibility that they pulled a fast one and just got me a new bike frame.I could be happier and couldn’t recommend this company enough times. Don’t even question wheather you’ll use this company. You should.

Amazing!!! Great communication and fast turnaround. Robert was so helpful and lovely. He repaired the cracked chain stay on my bike with a super fast turnaround which allowed me to get back on my bike quickly. The repair itself seems super strong and has been great so far. I highly recommend this service!

Robert and I sent various emails to set up the drop off my bike, great with the commutation. ( I drove in from Chilliwack) Even better in person, such a nice talented knowledgeable friendly guy. Fixed my bike ( loose bottle holder screw) issue in a quick minute, best part was I didn’t need to strip the bike down. These guys are carbon wizards. I was devastated after my beloved bike frame was cracked in two places in transport. They diagnosed what was truly damaged and what was superficial on the spot, and had it fixed within weeks. I’m convinced they made the bike even better than was, and paint was matched beyond my expectations. Worth every penny. Honestly I cannot say enough good things about Rob and the repair that he did on my bike. I had a very visible crack in the top tub and I had some other chips I asked him to look at......In the end I had 3 separate cracks on my bike. He fixed all the cracks and did an amazing job blending the paint back to the bike. Your cracked frame does not have to be thrown in the garbage - I have full trust in the repair. Thanks Rob
