Cynthia is absolutely amazing!! She is so kind and she is very compassionate. She treats her patients while explaining everything that she is doing and why, she makes sure you understand the healing process so you aren't left wondering. I look forward to my next appointment with her.

I had an appointment today with Allison Penny. I founnd her excellent. She did ultrasound on my achilles tendons and gave me a plan to follow daily. She also suggested I see a podiatrist for my feet as I have high arches which I did not know. Allison was very professional and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and knows her stuff.

I feel much better after my massage. Pat worked out the knots in my upper back and neck. She was considerate about if I was comfortable during the massage but not afraid to put force into it when she found out I had had massage therapy before. It was up to me how pressure she used.I’m also glad to have this service available in Torbay instead of having to drive into town.

Had dry needling procedure with Alison. Was excellent. Proficient and professional. Will be back. Also highly recommend Vanessa Foote at Topsail Road clinic. Excellent and very personable.

I visited Cynthia today and as usual, she was amazing. She has been my physio therapist for years now and I would recommend her to anyone. She is super knowledgeable and thorough. The service at Physio & Co is superior!
