Highly recommend!! Good rates and super friendly efficient customer service!

Gave me an ok rate on USD and PHP. Then proceeded to absolutely rip me off on Vietnamese Dong, gave me only about 60% of the value that my credit card is giving me. I should have done my research before trusting them to give me a good rate on every currency.

Great place. The tellers were friendly and knowledgeable about current rates. The service was also very efficient. Would definitely return if I needed to exchange money again!

It was ok.They didn't carry my currency and the lipstick lady was a touch rude but the other gentleman with the hair was very friendly.I see the other comments here about them throwing your cash around and got the same treatment. It doesn't hurt to just place things down.

Terrible service. Extremely rude to people. Take you hard earned earnings elsewhere where you are respected, valued and appreciated.In response to your business’s comment, kindly note, I do not need to send you a private email or communicate to you behind closed doors. I prefer that you address concerns publicly, so the general public can also benefit and learn. Below are the concerns, of today, that I recommend you re-visit in how your business treats the general public:(1) When a customer is handing you their earnings, don’t grab and crumple them up, as that customer has taken the time to courteously organize and arrange them for you.(2) Do not throw monies of the transaction to the customer and create a situation where they have to collect and arrange the notes back into a presentable manner.(3) Do not rushingly and condescendingly say “bye now”, to a customer while they are clearly having to collect, sort and arrange the cash you just rudely threw at them.Again, as the post originally said: Your tellers are rude and disrespectful. And earners do not have to put up with that.Bye now.

10/10 one of the best exchanges I went to! Visited the branch today and received excellent customer service! The tellers were very professional and extremely patient with my request. They were really helpful with my USD exchange. Would definitely recommend for anyone who's looking to change currency to come here!

The staff were quick and professional. The rates are better than the big banks, would definitely go whenever I exchange money.

Avoid this place , I recently needed to purchase Paraguayan currency. I needed 1,900,000 PYG and they charged me $506.35 CAD. I recently learned the same amount actually costs $ 354.00 ( 1 cad = 5,378 PYG ) while in Paraguay. So they made $150 dollars off me using their service. I do understand that they mark the money up when purchasing, however this difference is ridiculous. I am not sure what happen to this place, as I have used them many times in the past and never had this happen to me before. I will never use this company again to exchange money. I would also recommend you do your research on the actual exchange rate before you use them. I feel they ripped me off on this exchange.

Good service and location. Their fee is built into the rate. In the past fees were very low; then got higher but still reasonable; but recently has been increasing, sometimes more than double what they used to charge on the same major currency. As with anything, always check market rates before you buy, so you know what you're being charged.
