Ashley is so welcoming and nice, she was also there with me for the removal session which made me a lot less anxious!! The atmosphere here is great, very clean and comfortable. Sandra is very skilled and makes the pain minimal. Great experience overall!!

I was hesitant to remove a botched tattoo from an era in my life that I'd rather not remember. I don't know why I waited so long! The staff at this location are so friendly and down to earth. The process of tattoo removal isn't comfortable, but they have many accommodations for you during your appointment, like ice packs and cold airflow.

Phenomenal business—they're highly knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating, as well as just plain fun to hang with while you're receiving treatment. They're well worth the several hour drive—I'd highly recommend them to anyone seeking tattoo removal or fading!

Had my first appointment the other day. The office was really nice and clean, and the staff are awesome!The laser didn't hurt as much as I was expecting. I am surprised with how much of my tattoo was gone with just one session! I can't wait for the final results.

As with any new experiences, I get extremely nervous. Mandy was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. She was kind and patient with my anxieties. She was very professional and explained everything in detail so I knew what to expect. She made sure I was comfortable from the moment I stepped in, during the procedure, to the moment I left. It was very clean and smelled lovely as well!

Alert. This organization does not recommend laser removal for allergic reactions.I was referred back to my medical team.Despite a rocky start, staff was informative and polite. Call and speak to someone at the shop directly. Go in, they communicate reasonably well. Their answering service however is abrupt and unhelpful.

Staff I had was knowledgable and friendly. Explained everything very clearly, and discussed all possible options for my specific tattoo removal needs. I only didn't start any removing due to price point. Still weighing out whether it's worth the price to me personally, but seemed like a good place to do it, if I go through with it.
