Pour ma part, le service était parfait, à toutes les étapes.Je suis arrivée quelques minutes après l'heure prévue (à cause des travaux) et, après deux minutes à la réception, et trois minutes dans le vestiaire, j'étais dans la salle de radiographie. Le tout était rapide, efficace, professionnel.

I called the clinic today to make sure I didn't need an appointment for my Xray, the person on the phone informed me that I didn't and to show up before 5. I get there at 3:10 to be told they were exceptionally closed today between 3 and 4. I don't understand why they failed to mention that over the phone this morning.

The only reason why I gave a 1 start is because of the African lady at the front counter, she was very helpful when she realize I don’t speak French properly and help me in filling out the form. Then the bad experience came when I get to the mammogram exam room and the lady refuse to speak English even though she could and told be she couldn’t and came off as racist because she’s telling me to go to school and learn French because she is not obliged to speak in English to me because we live in Quebec. Correct me if I’m wrong isn’t Montreal a province were both English and French is accepted? and Mr Legault said that medial places will speak both English and French? And that there is no racism in Quebec? I will never go back to this place!!!

Dommage que je ne peut pas mettre plus d'étoiles, service impeccable, lieu super propre, employé super professionnel, convivial et empathique. Je recommande fortement !

Le service des secretaires est impecable mais a qui de droit le masque oblgatoire le 21 avril 2023 est démoder …

I had a great experience from booking the appointment to the day of the appointment. Staff is very polite and smiley. And they were on time. In and out in 30 minutes.

Un service impeccable. Des gens qui répondent à mes questions. Du service autant pour la dame qui a pris mes radios que les deux messieurs lors de l’infiltration. Oui le décor et la peinture n’est pas au goût du jour mais j’aime mieux un service À+. Un retard à peine de 20 minutes. Très raisonnable pour le système de santé que l’on possède au Québec. Merci encore. Je recommande.
