Genesis St. John's
This place has to be one of the hardest places to get in touch with via phone and emails have been a problem too. Sometimes leaving a message and getting a return call has been painful to say the least. They have a terrible system in place at this dealership in regards to communicating with their customers that needs to be addressed and overhauled. I don’t mean to complain but they say their service is this and that but I need to see it in action, not just words. Hopefully this can be rectified and give the customer a better experience long after they have purchased a vehicle.
