The people at this business have helped me out of a jam on several occasions, ranging from a flat tire at closing time that was cheerfully repaired, taking me somewhere and then picking me up while they worked on the tires, as well as identifying and fixing tire related technology issues without charging me. They are always pleasant and helpful. This is a great small town business. We do not live there so are rather intermittent “emergency” customers, but they treat us like we are their favorite regulars. .

Macklin Tire has ABSOLUTELY AMAZING service!! They have gone over and above on more than one occasion for me with flat tires and tire leaks. They are friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to help regardless of their schedule. They are quick and very efficient. We were stranded with a flat RV tire on the highway for 3 hours and our roadside assistance was no help. The tire place in the next town wasn't willing to help us out, but these guys met us on the highway, repaired our tire, and helped us get back on our way. Super helpful, great price, and we were so thankful we called them.

Excellent service with kind, hard working staff. I stopped in to Macklin Tire after noticing bulges in some of my tires while driving across the country. The service for the tire swap was fabulous and the team there expertly diagnosed the abrasive noise coming from my car. The part was ordered and installed quickly by friendly staff and we were back on our way with a much quieter and sturdier car in no time.
