I got previous tenants collection letter. I called them to notify. The lady on the call was rude and abruptly disconnected the phone.

0 stars if we could. They are extremely rude especially Lisa Marie, zero customer service, no one you can talk to with a complaint or issue. NEVER HIRE THEM!!

Very poor customer service, Lisa Marie was extremely rude and uncooperative. Would not recommend this company to collect on outstanding accounts.

LISA MARIE S..my..WC.. XO.I have proof of payment. Sent them a letter from my lawyer not to be harassing me anymore. There are government regulations this company must follow . But totally ignore them in my case . They continue to harass me and my business. They're using their phone tactics to get more money from me. This company is disgraceful. They're not even with the Better Business Bureau. I've never seen a Google rating so low. Which fills the bill lowlife company. And Lisa Marie if you ever talk to her. She is ugly as a duckling. Pimples all over her face. That way, you'll know it's her. There seems to be two Lisa's there. And you're right they operate out of a PO Box and couldn't even send them a registered letter. Bunch of cowards

I get this company zero if I could. If you hire them to collect money for you. Make sure you read the reviews. They have two different names they go under with two sets of reviews. You will not get your money. If they're collecting money from you they'll harass you and not follow the ministry rules.

Wish I could have put 0 stars. I reached out to CNI to collect 5k. They decided without permission to collect 2k. I never heard back from them and called multiple times and sent multiple emails. The lady on the phone says you cannot speak to a real person and it has to be done by email. It took me 2 months to finally get a payment and it was for $908.... I have sent 21 emails questioning where the money went and they will no longer respond. They stole money from our small business and then disappeared.

I was a creditor. They fail to return my calls. They failed to return my emails. I got fed up and I emailed them that I was moving my business elsewhere..... And you know what? They didn't even respond to that.

wish i could give it zero stars, but can't unfortunately. provided them with an active credit card information, and still keep receiving memos. utterly disappointed.
