Unfortunately we were victims of bad luck, they were running late to start the day, and a tire mounting machine decided it didn't want to work anymore, so they were running on half equipment.The staff were great, popcorn fresh, coffee had a jolt. Their equipment might need a tune up. However 4 good visits and 1 bad isn't a bad.

Bought new winters & install here November ‘22. The guy at this new tire shop said the last person to that did the install of my winter tires didn’t use sealant. He showed me how clean it and seal it and no sealant was used. I don’t live in Edm so I didn’t have time to come by and get them to fix my leaky tire situation. Just use a different tire shop. The one I went to I would highly recommend but not this place.

I procrastinated and left my winter changeover to the last minute. This location was the only Kal-Tire with next day availability. Service was very, very quick and they neatly arrange my summer tires in the back of my car. They also proactively pointed out a few issues with my car that I was not previously aware of and that was appreciated.In general, Kal-Tire's tire changeover pricing is hard to beat, and coupled with AMA savings, Kal-Tire locations remain the place to go when you need a quick, dependable and affordable tire change.

The best place to purchase a tire. period. I first had the honour to deal with them when I had a blow out on the highway last month during a road trip, Kal tire was the only one open on Saturday in a small town, and they took me in right away. They installed a new tire for me and i was in my way. When i got back home, I visited their website and ordered 4 new matching tires. The order process was easy (lots of tire options compared to the place i used to deal with) a real person even chatted with me, helped me order the tires and booked me an appointment with my nearest Kal Tire. They made a courtesy call to me a day prior to the appointment, very professional.I was a loyal costco tire customer for more than 10 years and i heavily regret that. Costco tire department doesn’t even come close the Kals tires washroom!

Staff were very helpful and flexible with me to coordinate tire change and some mechanical work. Had some issues a few days later and they helped me out for a very fair price! Usually have good experiences at Kal Tire and this store was no exception!

SCAMMERS! I took my car in for the first time for an oil change, the manager completely butchered the spelling on my name as Toni Maaa? I opted in for the brake check and he quoted me work costing $1000 for control arm and brakes as well as using scare tactics, I brought it to a private mechanic and he said there was no need to change brakes and changed my control arm for under $200 incld parts and labor, BIG TIME SCAMMERS HERE.

First time getting tires changed out. Came half hour early and drank some complimentary star bucks coffee and tazo tea and hot chocolate. Comfy Orange chairs. There is wifi here. Staff is friendly, helpful and informative. They ran out of popcorn so no luck there. wandered around a bit. After 25 minutes from my appointment time my car got moved inside. Not sure how long it would take to do tires and allignment and road test but they would let me know via text when they are done. So far took them about 3 hours which i find is a bit long. Coffee filters needed to be changed at this point so i opted for tea. Finally got my tires done due to the long wait time they compensated me a bit for the wait. I would of have given 3 stars but because of the compensation i am giving them 4. They have life time balancing and tire repair so very good benefits and care plan. They ensured my allignment was good to go. Overall i think they did a great job and had great customer service.

Staff were helpful and turnaround was great, however; after paying what felt like a small fortune for a flat repair on a single tire that I brought in ($53.00cad), I got it home and noticed that my upgraded collector VW metal stem cap was missing from this tire, and replaced with a generic plastic one. I called back to ask if they had the missing stem cap still and they did not. This is very upsetting. I will not be bringing my business back here, nor will I be recommending this shop to anyone else.
