Kristina came highly recommended to me from a friend. In the beginning she was amazing and really helped me then as my partner and I got into further counselling she recommended she not see us, I reached out individually asking if she would see me on my own as she was really helping me through a difficult time and she refused too which came as a huge surprise to me and I was very upset as I was making great progress with her. I have since found another counsellor who said she is shocked in this profession someone could do that to someone seeking help and she has never heard of that in her 30 years. I don’t recommend Kristina if you need serious counselling she only wants to deal with things on the surface.

Many beautiful blessings have happened in my life since working with Kristina. With her inspiration and guidance, I am learning how to confidently create the life I desire, including helping transform the lives of the ones I love. I feel a sense of peace that I have never felt before in my 51 years. Kristina’s caring nature and enthusiasm are not only exhibited during every session but also in every text or email she sends. I am looking so forward to continuing my journey of growth with her! Every day gets better! I am so genuinely thankful we are walking this life together! Applying for a new job, I was completely nervous and unsure of where to start, as I had been “out of the game” for almost a decade. Kristina helped calm my fears, gave me confidence in my skills and abilities, and worked with me to produce a resume I was proud of. She also walked me through the interview process with tips on how to make it successful. She made me feel comfortable and never rushed. My nervousness and uncertainty were gone after working with Kristina. She genuinely cares about people and is passionate about her work and helping others.

Kristina was the best thing that could have happened for my personal development. Her unique training and hands-on approach, were key elements in readying me for reaching new heights in my career. Not only would she take her time to ensure you understood what she was teaching, she also spent time outside of our sessions, researching relevant information that I could use in my interview conversations. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Kristina is a tremendous gift!She has an innate nature to help heal the deepest of wounds and help transform us into the beings we are meant to be. I will be forever grateful for the skills and tools she has provided me and in turn my family. There is no greater gift than to be who we came to this universe to be, living free from past pain while manifesting the life we so truly deserve.There isn't one single day I do not feel eternally grateful for meeting Kristina on this powerful journey to self acceptance and internal growth.I feel like the world needs more supportive people like her.
