A Village Fireplace Shop

We had a new AC,new furnace,and new water on demand installed by Village Fireplace. They changed the location of these items from our family room area to the laundry room. We couldn't be more pleased with the professional job they did.We also had them install a gas run to our new Napoleon gas bar b q which was also a Village Fireplace product. They have reliable products and top notch staff.Definitely would recommend Wayne,Tina, Brandon and Amanda and team for great customer service.

Purchased a propane fireplace.All I can say is that our whole experience with Village Fireplace was awesome.They were very knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase and installation.Would highly recommend them!

Didn’t make it to the point of actually using their services. We had 2 young men come to our home to give a quote to install a gas line for the barbecue for my elderly mother and I (under 10 ft I think 6 ft) They didn’t seem very nice or approachable. When they called to inform me of the quote, the young lady just kept laughing. The quote was $1500. I commented,” you even know how ridiculous that is which is why you keep laughing” which she didn’t deny. My mother and I are new to the area, so not sure, but I think they have been around for a long time and probably do do some amazing work. My experience was not a positive one which, was unfortunate because, we had a few things we wanted to get done.

I will always use a Village Fireplace Shop for all my home's heating and cooling needs. Over the years we have had a Village Fireplace Shop replace our A/C unit, install new ductwork, and replace our furnace. They were always easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. Their service people were always on time and professional. Prices were extremely reasonable, if not better, compared to other retailers. We are extremely happy with all interactions with this company and highly recommend them.

Be careful buying anything from this company. Bought and paid for a brand new fireplace unit. AFTER installation we were informed it was not the unit we wanted. We then requested to have it replaced with the one we wanted. Three weeks later we had it replaced with another one... too bad it was previously installed in another house! So shady! No phone calls either time to let us know what's going on. But now we have a brand new used fireplace"! Good luck with your purchases! Oh...by the way....when they don't have the unit you bought...they will tell you the one they put in is an upgrade.....ya...Google it....you will find it probably isn't."

Recently I had the pleasure of dealing with this company for a full new hvac system. I was greeted politely every time I called, and well taken care of from the beginning to end of this process. The kind and zero pressure meeting with a knowledgeable sales rep was so refreshing. The install team was immaculate, professional, efficient and went over and above on a perfect flawless install. My family is so thankful for our new system and wonderful cool air during what I know to be the busiest season for this industry.
