Recently my siblings and I lost our Dad and as the executor for his estate one of the things I needed was a valuation of a property he owned in the area. Ann was recommended by several people online and I understand completely why. I contacted her and she was eager to help, she graciously gave up a day of the Thanksgiving weekend to accompany me to the property without hesitation. Her understanding of the importance both professionally and personally to me was so wonderful and she showed me the utmost compassion and professionalism. PlEASE!!!!! DO NOT USE ANN!!’The worst person, experience, realtor. THIS IS A WARNING, not a bad review, I have never left one before.She apparently threw out all of our homes warranties and paperwork and kept lying that the homeowner had all of it? Ann did not know they left us a 2 page dated letter outlining said warranties. Once I sent Ann a copy she has never replied back? It was her friends parents she was selling for Yikes!! We could not get home insurance until the day before we moved, no paper work, 6 weeks closing and stress and worry. The initial phone call was great, ugly crying the rest... No repercussions, we just keep paying for our mistake, literally thousands!!!PLEASE!!! use any one else.

She was reliable and was there for support WHENEVER we needed it. I am not sure how she does it; how she could be so available 24-7! To have an agent with this quality was REALLY amazing and reassuring.Ann’s marketing skill is what first caught our attention- it was one of the reasons we called her up. That must have been quite the show for whoever was seeing our farm that day! We were very impressed, to say the least. I can’t think of a situation Ann would not be ready to take on- the perfect quality for someone you can put your trust in to sell your home!We can’t thank Ann enough for making one of the most stressful experiences of our life, pleasantly memorable.
