It was the worst KFC I ever ate. The color of fried chicken was dark and not crispy at all( I was dine-in). Some of fried chicken were much salty while other are no salt at all.

A very good deal here! $9.99 two chicken burgers two bags of french fries and popcorn chicken dine for 2. add a dollar to get a drink. 2 of us, we couldn't finish it. Excellent deal for this. I don't know how long this deal will last, but do check it out

Yes folks. On a Tuesday one of the most busiest days of the week for KFC they have one customer service representative working. This is disgusting. This will definitely be the last time I go to KFC and eat. It is not fear that they treat people like this. On top of that the line is extremely long waiting for this one customer service representative to be able to service us. This girl service is amazing it’s just that she’s tired and by herself.

This was my first time eating at KFC in many years. I ordered a 4 piece meal which came with fries and popcorn chicken. The 4 pieces of chicken were in fact 2 pieces of chicken (a drum and a thigh) cut into 4 pieces. The fries were stale, the popcorn chicken was ok. I don't understand their strategy of selling 2 pieces of chicken as if it were 4 pieces - I fell for their trick this time, but I don't plan to eat at KFC again... likely ever. How is that a viable business strategy?

Bought 6 pieces chicken it was really bad, had to throw all of them after eating one mouth.It was a stale chicken. Made us very sick.

The attitude of the employees are bad and they got the order wrong very time we got here to order, and even if we tried to ask them to correct it they ignored us multiple times. I don’t recommend coming.

Cutting a chicken thigh in half and selling that as-two pieces is a horrible idea , ordered a 3 piece and got a 2 piece, basically one drum stick and one chicken thigh cut in half , one piece is literally bone and crispy skin, less than one bite of actual chicken. Left me feeling duped smh definitely would not order from here again.

My husband and I had the four piece chicken for two special at KFC Markville. It was a big disappointment. Of the four pieces, only the drumstick was an acceptable size. The other three pieces were ridiculously small, with one piece no bigger than the size of a chicken nugget. When you keep in mind that there are bones in the pieces of chicken, there really is not a whole lot of meat left to eat. If you look at the attached photo, the piece on the left is smaller than the small gravy container!

I used to love KFC. Just visited again after years of changing to other brands. I have to say this is not what I expected from KFC.Chicken pieces have gotten 50% smaller. You could only get either fries or side, not both anymore. Chicken meat has absolutely no taste(without the crust). I was craving the green coleslaw and now its the store bought white ones. What happened to KFC??

Ordered the mighty bucket and it was suppose to come with 4 pieces of chicken , 2 fries and 2 pop corn chicken. This lady gave me only 2 piece of chicken and 2 piece of chicken tenders that was not supposed to be in there, it was suppose to be the regular chicken piece, NOT tenders. I was also missing fries and a pop corn chicken. I went to complain and even showed this lady what was suppose to be included on my phone , and she still tried to say no it’s not. Terrible customer service, and honestly she looked dazed while working , didn’t seem right to me with her eyes all red and dilated.
