Tessa Rowan Registered Massage Therapy
This was my first RMT massage and Tessa was amazing both in terms of the actual massage, but also in explaining to me the physiology of it all and why she was focusing on certain areas, etc.. I felt like I was in truly professional hands and felt comfortable and well looked-after the entire time.

Tessa is truly attentive and passionate about what we does!She has the ability to truly hear what your experiencing and assist you in releasing pain and discomfort while guiding the nervous system to relax.Her space is bright and clean and very calming.She is very intuitive and methodical in her process and technique and give a truly amazing massage!I recommend her all the time to friends and family!

I’ve had significant issues due to thoracic outlet syndrome and Tessa has been the first massage therapist who has provided me with relief of my symptoms in over 15 years (and I’ve seen every kind of therapist you can think of). I even got feeling back in my left had after treatment from her which was a first for me in years.I also saw Tessa for a massive hematoma from a mnt bike crash and within 1 treatment saw visible decrease in a 1” lump on my thigh and much better range of motion in my hip. She is incredible.The is thorough, always on time, and extremely knowledgeable in her craft. I’d recommend her to anyone!

Beautiful peaceful studio and so private. Natural sunlight through the skylights and gorgeous wood interior. Tessa is a phenomenal massage therapist who uses a lot of slow skin drag for fascial release and it feels so good.
