Totally excellent sewing store. Loved the really neat stuff on display, like embroidery machines, fabric cutters, all sorts of cool stuff. And they had overall buckle sets, which no one else in town seems to have. Jennifer, who I guess splits her time between the north and south stores, was really helpful. Thanks!

Great store with reasonable pricing. Lorraine was knowledgeable and friendly. It’s out of town for me but would gladly go back there! Lots of thread selection and notions to choose from.

At first glance I thought I was an old liquor store but display banner said otherwise. The building looked a little too small for the parking lot and inside showed. Couldn't fit a stroller throughout the inside of the single floored building. So it wasn't wheelchair/stroller accessible but the lady was extremely helpful and prices were surprisingly right for a budget. The lady on the phone and in person was very helpful, patient, kind and full of sewing knowledge. I walked away an ever so happy sewing individual. I will go back if I ever need to in the future.

just basically got told to google the specifications of their embroidery machines; im assuming their a tad busy but it was super hard to get any information over the phone in regards to what their products offer as a beginner,my advice is to brush up on their products because in my experience i really just got a list of prices with no explanation;

I went to this store today to buy some sewing supplies ( binding, elastic etc). There were no other customers in the store. The woman at the counter barely looked up for her computer when I walked in. I asked where I could find the three items I wanted. She didn't have any of them. I don't have room" she said.Well

I wish I had known about this place before I bought my 1st sewing machine in Canada. I bought my 2nd one here and my daughter's here as well. Very friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Her knowledge of the different machines was very helpful in choosing the best one for my sewing needs. I would absolutely recommend this store!

Never had good customer services at either location. If you want to get into this store with the small open window they have good luck. Often times they don’t actually open on time. Don’t waste your energy with sewing sensation at either location.
