We are a family from Colombia(a country in South America). We came here to search for a better life in Canada. We are renting a house from Ken Zhou TEAM in 2020. The landlord Ken Zhou and Li are the Best Landlords I have ever had.We had an awful renting experience in Toronto ON 2015 when we first time landed in Canada and 2019 second. So we are very careful to look for a better landlord when we move to Edmonton AB. Luckily, we met a family from Colombia when we were searching for a house, they have been renting from Li for many years and introduced her to my wife, and we are happy being tenants with them now. The repair guy came over a few times , and they have a plumber team work for them that can come over immediately when we need it. definitely will recommend them to our friends from South America.

Update at the bottom:Rented a property they just bought and I don’t think they actually inspected the place prior to, as the place was breaking down. Instead of hiring a plumber they requested that I, myself fix everything. I have zero plumbing background so god bless the next soul in that property. Epcor bills were 700+ a month due to breakdown in the house and the property management brushed it off every time I brought it up.Also it has been a month since I moved out and I’ve yet to receive my damage deposit back, regardless of my roommate and I chasing her down. A headache and a half, and lost way more money in this property than it’s worth. Not impressed, even boardwalk was more organizedThere are likely still the same problems with this unit, and someone else is going to get stuck in the same position for a year. I respect honesty in businesses, and this is really rubbing me the wrong way.Edit: Ken Zhou took my complaint seriously and met up with us outside of regular business hours to hear our concerns and address them. He told us that they would look into the problems and fix anything before renting it out again. He was very kind professional and caring. we feel confident that he will remedy the situation, and that mozaic will ensure proper communication between property management, owner and tenant.

We moved in to our new/first house last summer through the help of ever patience Chloe & our untiring realtor Alex also to George who showed us the the entire “New Nordic”in two different locations. We are impressed with the design/ structures the welcoming living room/ bedrooms & the location which is close to my brother & his family.Chloe was helpful throughout the whole process, she updated us every details & steps of the construction virtually or by sending us pictures.There are some minor issues that we addressed to the service warranty which they answers as soon as they can.Everyone in Rohit Team/ Mosaic Realty Group that worked with us are very polite, efficient & knowledgeable. We are grateful to work with them because we found the lovely place that we called “OUR HOME”. Surely, I will not hesitate to recommend them to everybody.Happy Holidays & stay safe!
