I’ve been donating blood for years, and have recently gotten my boyfriend to start donating blood as well. He lives out of the city, and doesn’t often know when he’ll be able to donate, so today he went in for a walk in as he came into the city late last night. After seeing all the calls for urgent donors and him being eligible to donate again, he decided to go in for when it opened as a walk in. I have never in my many years be turned away as a walk in, and yet my blyfriend and one other person were turned away after being told “we’ve had enough of a turn out that we don’t need walk ins”. There were two other people donating, the building had just opened, and they were offering to donate blood. That is so poor in my opinion. I work in healthcare and had never seen someone be turned away trying to donate blood, especially at a nonbusy time. Now he won’t be in the city for a few months, and he has been really enjoying donating blood and knowing that he’s getting to help people.

Very well run. Most of the staff are amazing. Feels much more comfortable and professional than Canadian Plasma Resources, but then if you're selling your fluids, you're probably just concerned about getting paid anyway.

I've been donating at the Saskatoon location for around ten years and it's almost always been an extremely pleasant experience. There are always a few bumps in the road when it comes to donating blood, but the staff is always kind and professional and I greatly appreciate that! I would also like to mention that I donated today and Grace guided me through the best donation I've ever had! 5 stars for the clinic and a Gold Star for Grace!!!

Always such a great experience here.I very recently applied to the phlebotomy program because I would absolutely love to work there. The team has always been so nice, supportive towards myself and the rest of their coworkers, I always leave smiling ☻I was with Tessa and Heather today, absolutely lovely people with super encouraging words and even gave me help and advice!!!Seriously just an amazing place to be <3Thanks!

I was early and most of the process was smooth, until the 'kit' that was assigned to me (the bags and tubes that get filled) was deemed to be faulty and I had to wait 20 minutes for them to organize another one. Have had better experiences.

Had not given blood for years and decided to in honor of a dear friend. Was a bit nervous about it but when I arrived at the clinic Glenda walked me through it and helped a lot, a true gem. Others were very helpful too but don't remember names but Glenda should be commended for her caring willingness to help and to serve. Thanks to her and everyone!
