I’m adding this review after 5th visit in this restaurant. They have maintained the taste and quality unlike most of the Indian restaurants in this region. Many thanks Babu and Richa for opening the ONLY Indo-Chinese restaurant in Barrie! You fulfilled the long lasting cravings of Indians in Simcoe County. But beyond just being a restaurant in Barrie - with the quality and taste Hakka Zone can easily be rated as the BEST Indo-Chinese restaurant in the entire North America!! I’ll keep coming over and over again!! Be ready for more and more orders!! Good Luck!!

Newly opened gem in town. Authentic indo-chinese cuisine. Portions are appropriate for the price. Momos and manchurian were extremely delicious. The staff was super welcoming. Highly recommend this place.

great spot for indo chinese cuisine, taste was awesome, service was excellent, welcoming staff. Ordered veg fried momos and schezwan hakka noodles, both the things tasted fresh. visiting again for sure

I highly recommend that you don't think twice, you head over to Hakka Zone. The food was Delicious!!! A must have item is the fried banana ice cream dessert. The service was awesome, very professional staff. Did I mention Delicious? Lol ❤️

My second time ordering take out from here. Amazing hakka food and great customer service. The food is very flavorful and they adjust the spice level to your liking. The quantity is perfect as well. Highly recommend

Amazing Hakka food, one of my all time favourites (from previous experience in the GTA). The food here was absolutely delicious and fully met my expectations. It was very tasty. I love the Manchurian chicken and more than anything else. I especially loved the hot and sour chicken soup. Savory and filling serving sizes were generous and loved by me. My wife, my daughter-in-law and my grandkids. We will definitely be back and highly recommended to anybody. Service was good stuff for friendly and helpful and the location is easily accessible just off the 400

One word..INCREDIBLE!! I have eaten Hakka food for over 30 yrs in some of the best hakka restaurants in Scarborough, Markham, Mississauga and Brampton. Barrie finally has a top notch Hakka restaurant! My wife (the vegetarian one) and I had the pleasure of ordering take out this afternoon. We found out from the owners that they only opened a week ago and just yesterday got their store front sign. Ordered shrimp pakoras, chili chicken, chili tofu with mixed vegetables, chili paneer, manchurian vegetable fried rice and their deluxe manchurian fried rice (chicken, beef and shrimp) The deluxe manchurian fried rice was loaded with chicken, shrimp and huge pieces of beef. So much flavour! The shrimp pakoras outstanding! The chili chicken was on point. I asked for extra spicy and it could have used some more chilies and maybe a bit more gravy. With an exceptional vegetarian menu option, the tofu/vegetable manchurian and the paneer manchurian as our first order here, we were blown away by the flavors! These guys honored a true vegetable stir fried rice as it did not have eggs! The meal was prepped very quickly, was super delicious, and generously packed. A real pleasure to meet the new owners who were friendly and very helpful. We are definitely going back!
