I had a bike fit when I had purchased my road bike a few years ago. I had a recent injury with my hip and VELOSYNC (Shauna) was very helpful to tailor my bike fit because of this injury. Minor adjustments with the saddle and the cleats showed great improvements with comfort and power on the pedals. On top of that, she gave me OFF the bike strength exercises to help with the imbalances that were discovered during the bike fit and what stretches to avoid with my hip injury. Truly a rewarding experience and I have recommended VELOSYNC to a couple of my friends who had the same experience as well. TWO THUMBS UP!

Very professional, so much knowledge about the body. In the past I’ve had a few bike fits however there was always something missing. Shaunna took the time to explain everything to my but what I found interesting was the fact I had a problem with the back of my knee so she adjusted for it and gave me exercises to help strengthen it. It worked!! The best bike fit ever.

Went to VeloSync for a fit for 2 different bikes as well as to buy some cycling shoes. A lot of thought and care went into the bike fits and into the shoe measurements and selection as well. Really impressed by the quality of the service and work! I highly recommend VeloSync to anyone that's looking to make sure they are enjoying every minute on their bike.

I had both my road and gravel bike fit with Shaunna @Velosync .. I did ride easy and hard with the new fit and they felt amazing.. Before that for the longest time I always had back pain when using my road pedals and shoes, so much so that I had to switch to SPDs all the time. Shaunna was able to identify the issue with my fit and fix it, and since then no back issues and I am able to enjoy cycling with my road shoes again.. Thanks so much Shaunna. It’s absolutely priceless to be able to ride and enjoy pain free. Highly recommended!!

I have had the opportunity to have my bike fit by shaunna at Velosync. The experience was incredible, her approach to fitting is different than standard fitting which I have seen to be very helpful to me and I am much more comfortable cycling thanks to this great fit. I would recommend to anyone who looking for a fitting to contact her and also even if your not, it would be a great idea to have her check your current fitting to see if there are any adjustments needed.

A great place to get an awesome bike fit! Not only do they have years of experience in road, mountain and even triathalon cycling, but they also have a solid background in body dynamics from years of working in heath and wellness.One thing I really enjoyed in my experience with them is that they take the time to listen. Everyone has a different bodytype, its nice to know that they really care about what is comfortable for you!
