I'd be screwed without him. He's upfront and will give you honest quotes with options, like what has to be done, what could be done and what can wait. I have been in the trucking business for 28 years now with a fleet of 4 Hino 338's and Isuzu NQR. I have dealt with dozens of different mechanics and various shop locations. Roman at Truck Repair Authority is HANDS DOWN BY FAR the best I have ever dealt with.His knowledge, attention to detail and over and above service to all my trucks is the best I have ever had. Roman and his great staff are always accommodating and do whatever it takes to get my trucks back on the road as soon as possible. He has worked overtime until midnight to complete my truck just so I didn't have to rent a truck for the night and keep my Business running smoothly.Roman will always find a solution to whatever problems my trucks have.The basic services that my trucks need for maintenance are a breeze for him and his staff. Roman is a great truck repair master, I had nightmares experience before, very hard to find straighforward masters in a truck business industry in the GTA, he is the best truck master, he fixed the heat problem and cooling system on Hino 185 (2008) and the truck is working with no issues now! I was planning to sell this truck bit now it is working everyday. I would definitely recommend this master to my friends, partners and everyone!
