Will never go there again they screwed up my taxes and I'm now being audited

Great experience. Handled my complicated tax life well. Was there well after closing and never once felt rushed. Had a great goodbye as all the staff was waiting for us on a Friday night for my agent to finish.

H&R Block on Charlotte Street Uptown Saint John- Extremely unprofessional, ignorant employees. When I showed up for my appointment that I made online, I waited 15 mins to be greeted while 3 employees tried to figure out the printer situation. One employee yelled profanity because of the un working machine. I finally spoke up after STILL not being greeted, and reminded them of my presence and said my appointment was scheduled for 15 mins ago, they told me they had other clients. (I was the only one in there). So I asked why I haven’t been talked to or informed of my wait time and why they completely dismissed my presence and failed to communicate anything to me? Again, they answered “we have other clients.” So I took my business elsewhere. I immediately called H&R block when I got into the car and demanded a number to speak to someone higher up, they said they couldn’t do that because they only have access to their “personal phone numbers” and said she could take my name and number and pass it on. I called bull on that and asked for her name and she said she couldn’t give that to me neither. Needless to say I never got a call back and I will never return there again for anything. I will also continue to share my very unprofessional experience so that no one else has to deal with the laziness that is H&R block.

Not very professional. I was in on a monday and they were booked up. So they told me to leave it with them for a drop off. Because the nearest spt was on Wednesday and they would have it done within 24 hours... well guess who is waiting until Saturday because they are slack. Probably never going back here again!!!! Ridiculous guys!

Fees are a bit steep, however it's a great place to get your taxes done.
