Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Edmonton St. Albert

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was phenomenal! I couldn't believe how amazing the restaurant was and the staff were so kind and caring. The rooms were also incredibly luxurious and comfortable - it was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience.

We have stayed at this hotel once before, and both times we have been extremely happy with the accommodations, the service, the pool and hot tub and the very impressive complimentary breakfast (we've never seen a better one). We have had people visit us during our stay here and they were also impressed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I look forward to staying here again.

Check in/check out were painless, breakfast was great, pool was beautiful, staff were friendly. The room was just OK- the bathroom had no bathtub only a shower, no lock on the bathroom door and no fan in the bathroom. It was all clean tho. I cant get their app to work so that was annoying. Wifi works good. Overall had a nice romantic night with my partner.

This hotel is wonderful! It is clean and quiet with helpful, friendly staff and a terrific full breakfast with enough variety to please everyone. The fridge and microwave in the room made it possible for me to eat healthy food and avoid restaurants for lunch and dinner during the week of my stay, which I appreciated.

This hotel claims to be pet friendly" but let's face the truth

We spent two nights in this hotel as a family of four. Our two children are quite little and were provided with beautiful little cribs. There was a lot of space in the room, so we were able to easily fit them both in.The bed was comfortable and all of the furnishings are modern and bright. The room itself was super beautiful!Overall it was very clean and we had a very enjoyable stay. The continental breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. And it was quiet, which is always what we are hoping for with kids.It was also super close to Edmontons downtown without being right in the busiest area.10/10 I would stay here again in a heartbeat

If I could give this a 10 stars I would!!!! we had an amazing experience staying here. The rooms were very clean, the pool was nice! The breakfast was AMAZING!!! the staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful!I loved everything about this hotel.The beds were also very comfy!10/10 would definitely recommend and would stay here again !!!!!!

A very quiet and clean hotel with amazing, friendly and polite staff. I am actually shocked they are only considered a 2 star hotel! The best kept secret in North Edmonton. Their free breakfast alone is amazing and probably the best you will find in the area and for the price of this accommodation. There was also an issue with my check-in in that when I arrived it was discovered my reservation had been made for a month earlier. Obviously a mistake on my part and they had charged me a $140 no show." Not only did they give me a new reservation and a similar price for the room they also refunded me the $140. Thanks to Adora and Rejoice for going above and beyond to help me out and fix my screw-up."

The Hotel was clean, the room was very spacious and well stocked. The staff was very good but Melissa (front desk) was exceptional!! She went above and beyond for us. Location is great!! We have been coming to the St. Albert Location for 3 years and have never been disappointed! Once again THANK YOU Melissa for all that you do. Also Thank you Frank you ran a very good hotel!!

Absolutely perfect in every way! Walking into the hotel, it felt so warm and inviting, it was like coming home. Manager Frank, and the assistant manager, as well as Melissa at the front desk, the breakfast room staff, the person looking after the pool, housekeeping staff, security, and everyone else, were all so helpful, polite and friendly! The rooms were spacious, super clean and comfortable. The beds and linens were great, we had a very comfortable stay. The pool and the hot tub were both a wonderful start as well as a finish to our days. There was a fitness room, with a lot of equipment as well. The breakfast had an excellent assortment of both hot and cold healthy options. The eating area was very clean, I never saw as much as a crumb on any of the tables. Everything was spotlessly clean. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available 24/7 in the main lobby. There was a great selection of snacks, beverages, and other items available at the front desk.Thank you for a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend, and will definitely go back
