If I could give less than one star I would. Have had to order a sink 3 separate times in the last month and a half because they've arrived broken in half. All 3 have been broken down the middle and I've emailed them about it saying I want to speak to a manager or supervisor and no replies. Tried calling and the call keeps hanging up on me from their end before I talk to a person. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and quality. You'd think a $1,000 sink would be better quality then that. Don't buy from this company, if you do and have problems be prepared to not get a response from them. Edited to say a manager finally contacted me after over 2 months and really tried to make up for the broken sinks.

I should have checked the reviews here before choosing a Blanco product in my renovation.The product looks beautiful in showrooms, but customer service is atrocious and no one at Blanco seems to care to even attempt to make things right and help their customers.I have been waiting for a month for a replacement sink after receiving two cracked sinks from Blanco. Their own system showed the replacement was supposed to ship today, but I was notified that their warehouse is closed all week for inventory" and they refuse to tell me when the sink will actually ship once they decide to open back up. What business shuts down for a week and doesn't ship orders that were placed well ahead of this shut down?We aren't upset about receiving cracked sinks

If I could give NO stars I would. TERRIBLE customer service. We bought an EXPENSIVE Blanco kitchen faucet just over a year ago and it leaks like crazy...3 cartridges later and the problem is worse than ever. Blanco now will not return our calls. We will have to purchase another faucet and it will DEFINITELY NOT BE BLANCO!

My Blanco kitchen faucet starts to leak about a year ago after 3 years of use . I been trying to get a replacement cartridge forever from them . Email , online inquires plus call , not even a single follow up from Blanco Canada. Trying to reach out to the US contact now;) I don't recommend the faucet or the services.

I have a Blanco Alta kitchen faucet. The spray head broke needed replacement also leaked from top and middle after 8 years. I got required parts for free within one week of initial request. I was very happy with the costumer service but will deduct one star because parts not available in stores and you have to get the parts from them. This caused a one week delay.

We bought a Silgranit double sink and it is really beautiful. When I tried to knock out one of the knock-outs for the water filter faucet, the sink cracked in 2 places. They were small cracks but that should not have happened. I had knocked out one on a previous sink with no problem. On closer inspection I found that the round sticker on the sink showing where the knock-out was located was about 1 inch away from the knock-out. I filled out the warranty claim and submitted pictures and Blanco sent out a replacement sink that week via UPS. When I opened the box, the sink was broken into 3 pieces. I sent off another warranty claim and was sent another replacement right away, again via UPS. This sink also arrived broken in half. The box that it came in was also damaged. By now I was getting really fed up. What was UPS doing when handling the boxes or were the sinks defective. The damaged sinks did not look like they were really defective at all. I sent Blanco another claim and this time they sent a replacement via a different shipping company. It was on a skid and well wrapped with heavy duty shrink wrap. This one arrived in perfect condition. Blanco customer service was excellent and sent the replacements quite fast. I can not thank them enough. This was the best customer service ever. They certainly stand behind their products 100 percent.

This is what a lifetime warranty for a blanco faucet looks like. 2 leaky faucets in 3 years. The first within 3 months and the second 2 years after that. First faucet was replaced immediately through the bath centre I purchased from. Second time required proof of purchase and pictures to prove I even owned a blanco faucet. Customer service was incredibly rude. Jennifer refused to give my the contact email for the regional manager and insisted I tell her what I needed to speak to the manager about? That's my business thanks for asking Jennifer. She implied I was lying about having a blanco faucet. Refused the information from the bath centre when they called to rectify this second problem for me. So what does a lifetime warranty of this $700 faucet look like???? A cartridge and new washers and a ruined kitchen cupboard. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company and their products. It's not worth the hassel, time or money.

As part of my kitchen reno in 2018, I had a Blanco pull down spray-faucet installed thinking it was a good quality product!It is still under warranty. That’s the good news. The bad news is: you are hard pressed to get any replacement parts because Blanco jealously guards replacement parts like Fort Knox - they are not available in-store. Trying to get the leaking faucet fixed has been a voyage of frustration and disappointment. I called to get parts, and was sent a Warranty Form to complete. I submitted it the same day - which they promptly lost! Days later, after calling their service department again, I had to complete another Warranty Claim Form. The email confirmation of receipt says they will assess my claim and GET BACK TO ME IN 2 DAYS! It has been 6 days! Meanwhile, i have no kitchen sink… Called, “be patient” was my answer. If Blanco wants customers to “be patient” they need to provide better, faster customer service and response AND REPAIR PARTS! Now, when I want something boring and frustrating to do, I just call and sit on hold for 20+ minutes with no answer.I have no idea if / when my faucet will ever get fixed. Buyer beware!!

What is the point of life time warranty when they don't bother to pick up calls or answer emails for replacement parts!!!! Its been over a month on a leaking faucet and have no idea where I can go buy a cartridge for the stupid brands replacement!!!
