We were late for the appointment and they didn't accept us. However, when we came last year to change to winter tires, they asked us to wait about 4 hours as they are late or reschedule. After rescheduling, we arrived at our appointment and were told to wait 2 hours again. So it's fine when they are late and not you.

Please improve your communication process:- if you're 2 hours behind, just tell me that instead of saying we're catching up"- if I tell you that I have a hard stop after 1.5 hours please don't keep me there any longer by telling me "you're next""

These guys dented my car by improperly fitting the jack under the car. I would avoid at all cost.

One of my tires were torn. Toed the vehicle here and tried making an appointment to get them changed. The service was so horrendous that I had to put my car on jacks in the Costco parking lot, unbolt the wheel and walk with it to Canadian Tire. They changed it the same day and I was able to drive back right after putting the wheel back on. If you want to change your tire I'd say save yourself some time and go straight to Canadian Tire instead of here. Like that you won't be getting nagged at by the service staff.
