Bought our newborn a few things. Very helpful staff, excellent selection and great prices. We will definitely be returning for more as our little dude grows up

The customer service is terrible. The associate didn’t know how to use preloaded master card at the time of purchase . They are not flexible with the returns as other stores. Some of the products are 3x expensive than in other stores. When I asked for a price match I been told by associate to go and buy from another store. I would not recommend to do business with them.I receive an email from the store management on the following morning. Their answers on all my issues were WE DON’T do this. Now I definitely would NOT recommend to do business with them.

I absolutely love this shop! I enjoy shopping there for items you may not necessarily find in a big box store. Everyone over time that I've spoken to have always been very friendly and helpful. I do not live in the area, but would (and have) happily make the trip to Castle Toys. It is worth checking out!

This company has terrible customer service. I purchased a lego set for a gift and the box came damaged. I purchased a lego set with a different theme on Amazon and that item came in perfect condition. When I contacted the store, their response was, most reasonable people (and children) won't mind"

Livingstone and Cavell was my go-to place for special toys but since that closed I was interested in the reputation of Castle Toys.We found everything we needed. Some wooden puzzles, inclusive dolls, fun craft projects, a fidget device that could be taken to school and some animal toys. The variety is colourfully overwhelming and I almost got dizzy from turning in circles to take everything in. I'd be terrified to take kids here as I wanted one of everything and I haven't been a kid in decades!I will absolutely be back.

I adore and recommend Castle Toys! I find this store has such an extensive and well curated collection of high quality toys. Most importantly they carry our favorites which are smart games, playmobil and lego. The smart games in particular can be so hard to find a nice selection of, I'm happy to say I've been impressed with what is offered at this store! Because I live on an island I do more online shopping for these harder to find items, other stores online don't have the selection which makes it difficult to hit the free shipping option, so kudos to this store because I never have a hard time filling up the cart! The free shipping as well is very prompt and packaged securely. Thank you!

Great Toy Store!We really enjoy driving 30 minutes to come to the store.They carry a wide arrange of toys, puzzles and games for all ages.Prices are just right.

To be honest I went here looking for something specific. This store has lots of Playmobil, board games.and barbie items and much more. A little all over the place and somewhat cold inside bit for the young kid at hear there is lots to peruse and enjoy.

Came in here for a quick visit and noticed that the place was really over crowded with toys EVERYWHERE. The first thing I noticed was that it wasn’t a very kid friendly store. The staff is very friendly tho. This one employee Tyler helped me out and made me feel welcome in a store that I thought would have been run by someone unprofessional. Would be nice if the place was more open but overall not to bad.
