We went to this location on June 30,2023 at 6:00 AM to order 2 breakfast. One order was missing sausage and the hot chocolate was missing the chocolate!!! The hot chocolate was just warm milk! I thought chocolate was a key ingredient in a hot chocolate! Hope the service gets better and more attention is given to basic quality.

I craved a McFlurry so went there as it was on my way. I kindly asked for a glass of water as the ice cream is quite heavy on its own, and they basically told me that they didn't give glasses of water anymore. What kind of policy is this?

I ordered home and the sodas were hot and watery. The cold potatoes and I am missing 1 hamburger the potatoes came almost empty

Can’t have curbside service when no one brings ur order and u go get it after 20 mins .. and u see ur order sitting there but no one wants to take .. and its not because of lack of employees .. lots of them .. they just need a manager/leader and some self respect.. never again at this location

Worst place ever I paid for ice-cream though the app . They made me wait 20 mins to let me know at the driveway that they are washing the machine and can't serve any type of ice-cream. This is inacceptable from mcdonalds

I ordered an EGG McMuffin and I got fried chicken. I’m a vegetarian, I paid for this and didn’t even get the right thing. How horrible service. I didn’t even think to look before leaving and should have. Also they didn’t even have hashbrowns which at least I couldve ate. 0 stars

Every time we decide to get McD's we make the mistake of coming to the one closest to us, this one, hoping it has gotten better. What a mistake. We've tried the drive through, but they take one order at a time and serve said customer before taking a new one. We've tried the reserved zones and twice now have been forgotten about. I've gone inside, before 9pm and the kiosks were all offline, meanwhile the sign at cash reads closed". Managers singing and dancing while a mountain of food piles up behind him... "Not my job" he says

Very disappointed quality of staff and services. I got the classic McDonald's cold shoulder attitude from staff when i politely ask if possible to redo the fries i was not filled properly. They was so annoyed they said its all the same and selected me another with less in. Note grabbing fries from inner part is not hygienic specially in Covid times. MCDONALD'S need to train and let go staff dont have proper customer service.

the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen, the floors are always sticky, the drink station is a mess and there's no napkin/ketchup. there were AT LEAST 10 employees on the floor and no one cared to go clean up the dining area. I didn't go at rush hour, the restaurant was empty except for a few people eating. garbage is always overflowing, and I won't even start on the state of the washroom. we had to clean our own table before we sat down, because none of them were clean

I don't expect a fine dining service experience when going to a McDonald's, but there is a standard level of service that should be delivered and unfortunately that isn't at this location. If it isn't the uncleanness (dirty tables, sticky floors or overflowing garbage cans), it's the rude, arrogant staff. They prefer to chit chat with one another rather than focus on the customer and the rest of the restaurant. I also want to point out that the last couple of times I went, the soda machines either don't have ice, or no carbonation in the drinks. It's a shame to see this restaurant in such a sad state. Really hope the owner can take feedback from my comment and the other comments here and make some real changes.
