The Paw Shop - Healthy Pet Foods and Supplies

My dog had surgery and couldn't use a traditional plastic cone. I called everywhere looking for anything to help and the paw shop told me about the Kon Cloud, I immediately went to the shop and the lady helped me find it, measure his neck, and fit it. Told me if It didn't work I could bring it back but it worked wonderfully. Totally recommend for knowledgeable helpful staff for your pets needs.

Top tire customer service! Not only are they very friendly and welcoming, they understood and were compassionate that my new rescue needed some extra space and helped us get everything we needed without the unwanted interactions! We always appreciate someone who is willing to speak up about reactive pups and provide a safe space for everyone ❤️

Absolutely amazing shop. Just got a puppy, and she has been absolutely a doll. Anyways with that comes desicions, and this store and her staff were amazing to help. 100% recommend at least visiting if you have any fur babies.

A great dog/cat shop right in the heart of downtown Cranbrook with all you'll need to take care of your furry friend. Huge community supporter and also has great tips on how to take care of your pet. Excellent service and atmosphere. *****

Chewie highly recommends this pet shop for treats and toys and general big love of the furry family members. Always a pleasant trip. Staff are helpful and able to find the answers...so grateful for this stop on our walks downtown.

Owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. She brings in a dehydrated raw food that is super healthy and so easy, could visibly see the change in our dog for the better after we switched her food. Great store for all of your pet needs!

A HUGE thank you to Stephanie and Nicole.The backstory: My cat ran out of her favourite bedtime snack, I’m not from here.. I thought one of the stores that sold it was in Cranbrook but I was mistaken. I googled pet stores and then called The Paw Shop inquiring on the off chance that they sell it there..Stephanie, first got to work checking their suppliers and then went ahead and put in a special order of my girl’s boujee bedtime snacks. She was understanding and friendly, with top notch communication through the whole process. Not only that, the team went even further..The snacks were delayed in arriving. They were supposed to arrive on a Friday (Feb 24) but didn’t arrive until Wednesday (March 1). I was headed home to NS for a visit the following day and wouldn’t be able to go get them. They both knew I wanted my girl stocked up before leaving. So Nicole (bless her heart) made arrangements to deliver them to me in Fairmont that Wednesday evening.They even put in a couple bonus toys for my girl which was the sweetest thing.Could not have asked for a better experience. Professional, friendly, top notch communication, all around amazing. I’ve told so many people about this store and my experience.Keep up the great work team, it’s so appreciated!

We stopped in here to grab our puppy a few things. A lady met us at the door and said we couldn't come in without a mask. we told her we have a medical exception and she said it didn't matter we would have to stay outside and shop curbside which is ridiculous since we needed help with dog food. I try to support local as much as i can but can't justify supporting local being treated like second class citizens. we ended up going to Pet Valu and they had no issues with our mask exemption and where able to provide us with the help we needed. Highly recommend Pet Valu over this ridiculous business.
