Our 13-yr-old stone tile shower really needed a good cleaning, new caulking, and some minor grout repairs. I had a good feeling about Prestige after email exchanges with Len, and was more than satisfied with the work done on the shower by Len and Jesse. It truly looks like new after the steam cleaning, the caulking shows no trace of mold, and the re-sealing will help keep it in good condition. They are also very nice people. I am happy to recommend them, and when the sealing needs to be redone I will call them, no question.

We were just about to get quotes for replacing our main floor tiles - the whole main floor looked horrible with stained and crumbling grout throughout - when I saw a glowing review for Len's company. I reached out to him and within two days, he came for a quote and completed the work two weeks later - my floors now look brand new! He was very professional - pleasant, punctual and quick (he was in and out within 5-6 hours), cleaned up after he was done. He made the existing grout look brand new. He repaired and replaced over a dozen large areas of cracked, lifted and crumbling grout, and also replaced the caulking in my shower. Very reasonably priced as well. Thank you Len!

Professional, prompt and competitive pricing. Len was out just before the Covid lockdown in March to 're-new' a twelve year old shower stall. He explained the process and did an excellent job in bringing it back to its original state. As a prudent reviewer, I waited to see how the job would hold up, so I was surprised to notice that after about 5 months some of the caulking seemed to be 'thinning' in places. I contacted Len who was back in days, re-caulking with a different brand. It looks great, and it's always nice to know someone who stands behind his work. I highly recommend his services.
