This man with a huge, fragile ego, berated my mother in front of me; then stormed out of the operating room solely because she was anxious about getting her hand sliced open while awake. Exact words said being “we don’t have the resources to waste on you”.Ask yourself this: how would I react if a surgeon walked into the operating room, didn’t explain a single step of the surgery I am receiving, then held my hand down and rammed a large needle into it - twice? Believe me, you’d be livid if you witnessed the treatment I did.Hopefully, by the time you (the reader of this review), are referred to him, he’s come to terms with his shockingly poor bedside manner, and has taken steps to improve.

Very impressed. Very kind. Took time to explain treatment options. As I was from out of town did scare remediation on the spot even tho I just had a consultation booked.Would defiantly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Haythornthwaite did an outstanding job on my surgery. He was excellent from the consult, to the day of surgery, through to the follow up. After having chronic pain issues for over 5 years, I am finally living pain free and have my life back. I would absolutely recommend him.

Did a wonderful job on my wrists carpel tunnel release aleven on the wrist which had not recovered after the first surgery ( from a orthopedic surgeon). Cannot say enough..Thank you, Dr H
