Happy Paws Vet Clinic East

Highly recommend this place! After being somewhere else with our new pup, we felt comfortable right away. Our MANY questions were answered and never felt rushed. This clinic is very cute and modern. On the front desk is a personalized welcome list of the animals being seen.

I’ve been going to Happy Paws since I moved to Airdrie in 2020 and was so glad they opened the East clinic which is closer to my house. It’s large and spacious and they have several exam rooms, and a separate surgery area and admin areas. Everyone at Happy Paws is super friendly and caring and you can really tell they truly love animals.

We loved our experience here! Dr Fuller is a wonderful vet - so knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. She really took the time to learn about our cat and explain things to us. Our cat was also very comfortable with her and at the clinic, which hasn't always been our experience.The staff was also great. The welcome sign was such a sweet touch, and they even called the next day to see how our cat was doing after her vaccines.

I usually take my dog to the west side clinic. I have been going there for years now. I love the vets on the west side. They are friendly, always happy to see my dog, have toys to play with, bring him water, give treats for fun, etc. I went to the east side one time because the west had no availability…, if I can help it I won’t go there again. They had no toys for the dogs to play with in the rooms, no mat on the floor for comfort to help relax them and the vet was borderline unfriendly. I made a comment that my dog has awful breath, which I have said before and the vet on the west just turned it into a positive on how dogs are supposed to be stinky and dirty while she played with him…the vet on the east side said “yeah I can smell that breath from here”.. you know what? If you don’t know that dogs smell, or are comforted by toys and other things in the room, don’t be a vet. There was no happy, playing around with my dog. I will be sure to only book at the original location (west side) going forward.

Super welcoming and friendly, bonus points for being 5 min drive from home. Loved the welcome package for our puppy! Changed our older dog to this location from a different vet after the phenomenal service we received with our pup. The Pet Desk app is very helpful as well. Highly recommend Happy Paws East!

We took Charli and Chai here for their annual exams. This is a beautiful new location. Lots of space and very roomy treatment and operating areas for staff to provide patient care. Really like the separate areas for dogs and cats to be housed while staying here. Same awesome service in a stunning location. Pets were very happy during their time here and even received special treats from the reception desk. Wonderful addition to the community.

We came here for the first time with our elderly dog. We chose the clinic by chance, because it was the closest clinic to our home, and we needed urgent care.We had an appointment within an hour.The doctor examined our dog carefully, explained the causes and prescribed treatment. The dog enjoyed getting to know the doctor. I would also like to note the pleasant design of the room and the cleanliness. The receptionist was very friendly. I definitely give this place 5 stars and recommend it.

I am a huge fan of the team at Happy Paws! They took such great care of our dog Ollie!! From setting up the appointment, intake and pick up, the service and care was incredible. It is also nice that they have options for services that they don't try to force on you and make it your choice. Love that!! Will be back for sure!

This new clinic is absolutely gorgeous.I am so happy for Dr Erin and staff!They have always provided amazing service when it comes to our dogs and I would trust her with absolutely anything.We recently had our second dental with Happy paws and they stayed in touch the entire time with phone calls/updates and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way in real time. I felt like I was VIP!Thank you for always taking such good care of our dogs all these years.We love happy paws!

Fixed my 2 female kittens here. First time I've ever used this vet but I was very impressed with the care provided. The staff were friendly and helpful especially around the pricing and options which I ALWAYS find frustrating anyways. They weren't pushy or anything when I declined some of the things I thought were just kinda fuff options. As you can see, Nebula (Voidling) and Gamora (SIC) are doing just great!!!
